What's enforced by default
Per-project access
Correspondence, documents, and tasks are partitioned by project. Members see only their projects.
Connected-mailbox tokens
OAuth tokens for Microsoft 365 mailboxes are encrypted at the application layer.
Encrypted document storage
Uploaded files and email attachments are stored in encrypted object storage, not on ephemeral disk.
Human in the loop
Ontu never sends outbound mail on its own. Every message is reviewed and sent by a person.
