Re: Management presentation follow-ups

Hi Dana,
Answers to the three follow-ups from Tuesday's session:
1. Customer concentration. Top-10 accounts were 38% of FY23 revenue (data room 4.2.1), down from 44% in FY21. No single customer above 9%.
2. Deferred revenue. The $2.1m balance is annual maintenance billed in advance; recognized straight-line. Tie-out in the QoE, Appendix C.
Flagged for review — item 3 references a contract not yet in the data room.

Correspondence, organized by project
Inbox and Sent, per project
Every email is its own row, filed to the right project. Inbox and Sent tabs mirror the folder model your team already uses.
Send through Microsoft Graph
Connect Microsoft 365 and reviewed drafts send from your own address — no forwarding, no separate relay.
External contacts
Counsel, lenders, advisors, and management are tracked as project contacts so threads stay attributable.
Attachments into the data room
Files that arrive by email are captured, text-extracted, and made searchable alongside everything else in the project.
